2. Data we process

• Account: username, name, time zone, plan information, and technical session data.
• Assistant interactions: message text, photos, voice messages, and assistant responses.
• Nutrition: meal descriptions, calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and timestamps.
• Apple Health: with your permission, nutrition data for writing and active and basal energy data for reading and syncing.
• Device and diagnostics: push token, app environment details, and network or technical events needed to deliver notifications and troubleshoot issues.
• Support requests: your email address and any information you choose to send us.

3. How we use data

We use data to authenticate you, provide and sync chat, analyze nutrition, power the calorie widget, perform Apple Health sync you authorize, send push notifications, keep the service secure and reliable, and answer support requests.

4. Apple Health permissions

Apple Health access is enabled only after your explicit permission in iOS. You can change or revoke permissions in the Health app settings. Apple Health data is used for Snow health and nutrition features and is not used for advertising.

5. Storage and transfers

Account and Snow feature data is transferred between the app and Snow Project servers over an encrypted connection. Authentication tokens are stored on the device in iOS Keychain, while some chat history and widget data may be cached locally for speed and offline access. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Third-party services

Snow may use infrastructure and technology providers to operate specific features. They process data only to deliver the relevant services. Apple integrations, including HealthKit, APNs, and WidgetKit, are also governed by your device settings and Apple terms.

7. Your choices and rights

You can disable push notifications and Apple Health permissions in iOS settings, manage available skills in your profile, and sign out. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or to ask a question about its processing, email us.

8. Children

Snow Project is not intended for independent use by children below the age at which they can legally consent to data processing in their country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or data protection requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
